Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJAY EQUIPMENT CORP’s cumulative financial responsibility for all liabilities shall not exceed the purchase price of the tractor(s) or equipment to which the liability relates.

Indirect, Incidental, Consequential, Special, or Punitive Damages:

• Loss of profits, revenue, sales, business, or use.

• Any damages caused as a result of misuse, alteration, or improper installation according to the product specifications.
  
  

Delivery & Site Responsibility

Buyers of rearing tractors must ensure that the delivery point is easily accessible. This includes providing:

• Clear access for heavy machinery

• A stable and level ground for unloading, depending on the van’s type of use

• Conformance to any local city building ordinances and regulations, including zoning and placement

AJAY EQUIPMENT CORP is not responsible for delays, property damage, or additional fees associated with inadequate site preparation or conditions not under our control. If the site is deemed unacceptable upon arrival, re-delivery or extra fees may be charged.
